Clinical Supervision
We're really excited to be able to offer you clinical supervision. We both strongly believe in life long learning and we have both completed courses that meet or exceed the CRPO Supervision Requirements.
Shelley and Spring have 5+ years of clinical experience, and have taught the CRPO exam prep course to colleagues for the past 3.5 years. The CRPO exam prep focuses strongly on our CRPO standards of practice and therefore they have a very strong understanding of the CRPO competencies.
Shelley and Spring are available to help guide and support you through your process as a Qualifying or Registered Psychotherapist. We can assist those who have supervision requirements to meet for the CRPO as well as those who are venturing into independent practice who no longer require but want supervision to those in private practice who would like to learn all of the ins and outs of setting up your private practice.

What to Expect in our Classes
4 Week Course - Class 1
Inform & Foundations
In this first class we review the class members expectations from our class as well as classmates. We answer those burning questions that have been on your mind all the while dispelling CRPO exam rumours and concerns. We will delve into exam scoring shedding light on an all too ambiguous and confusing process. The CRPO competencies will be a focus and we begin reviewing scenarios as a group.
4 Week Course - Class 2
Calm & Clarity
In the second class we will review questions and guide you how to put yourself into the exam questions with a focus on competencies. A deep dive into exam scenarios as well as questions and concerns regarding CRPO jurisprudence, professional practice standards. Discussion around exam anxiety and self care before during and after the CRPO Exam. We zero in on consent, age of consent and confidentiality.
4 Week Course - Class 3
Practice & Collaborate
Discussion around the most important scenarios that could come up on your exam. We continue on with scenarios and if time allows case studies. We provide a full hypnosis session to help with the mind set of passing your exam, exam success and exam anxiety relief.
4 Week Course - Class 4
Technology & Coming Together
In our final class we cover what the exam looks, what to expect and important steps in taking this online exam format. We will answer and discuss any last minute concerns or queries about possible exam scenarios and the most important things to remember. Discussing timing and helping you get a feeling of what it's like answering scenarios in a time format.
One day Intensive - Morning Session
We dive right into questions, competencies, ethics, the exam process and our first practice question. In our collaborative environment together we'll explore the exam scoring process, layout and how the competencies and professional practice inform your choices.
One day Intensive - Afternoon Sessions
In the second half of our day together during class with us we keep the pace of learning going through a timed scenario to help you get a feeling of what it's like being in the actual exam. We review the technology process of remote proctoring and finish the day with discussion around anxiety techniques if times allows.
